x 1 handfulParty Ice
x 40mlIrish Whiskey
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
x 15mlHoney Syrup
x 60mlGinger Beer
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
Garnish:Sprig of Fresh Basil & Gold Leaf
Method
1.Grab your cocktail shaker, fill it with Party Ice and add the whiskey, lemon juice, and honey syrup. Shake well to combine.
2.Add the ginger beer to the shaker and stir briefly. Strain into a tall glass filled with Polar Cube ice.
3.Garnish with a basil sprig and goldleaf, make sure to tap it lightly against the hand first to release its oils. Enjoy your Irish Buck!
