Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 40ml Apple Juice
  • x 20ml Lemon Juice
  • x 15ml Strawberry Syrup
  • x 1 Egg White
  • Top up: Nosecco
  • Garnish: Lemon Twist

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill your shaker with Party Ice. Add all ingredients and shake well to combine.
  • 2. Double strain into a coupe glass and top up with nosecco.
  • 3. To serve, garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy your Pink Lady Mocktail!
