Ingredients

x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 45ml Butterfly Pea Flower Gin
x 10ml Crème de Violette
x 25ml Lemon Juice
x 15ml Simple Syrup
x 10ml Cream
x 1 Egg White
Top Up: Soda Water
Garnish: Edible flowers

Method

1. In a cocktail shaker add the gin, crème de violette, lemon juice, simple syrup, cream and egg white and shake well. Add a handful of Party Ice to the shaker and shake again.
2. Fill a highball glass with Polar Cube ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. Top up with soda.
3. Garnish with edible flowers to serve. Enjoy your Violet Gin Fizz!
