Pornstar Martini Mocktail

Method

• 1. Scoop out the inside of 2 passionfruits and push through a fine mesh strainer to create a passionfruit puree.
• 2. Fill your cocktail shaker with party ice and add the passionfruit puree, passionfruit juice, apple juice, vanilla syrup and a few drops of fresh lime juice. Shake well to combine.
• 3. Strain your cocktail into a coupe glass and garnish with half a passionfruit. Serve with a shot of nosecco on the side. Enjoy your Pornstar Martini Mocktail!
