It's officially spring and what better way to celebrate than with a delicious alcohol-free Hugo Elderflower Spritz Mocktail, same great taste without the stress of a hangover!

Ice Cubes Ice Cubes

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 30ml Elderflower Syrup
  • x 30ml Soda Water
  • A few drops Fresh Lime Juice
  • x 4 Mint Leaves
  • Top Up: Nosecco
  • Garnish: Lime Wheel & a sprig of mint

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a wine glass with Polar Cube ice.
  • 2. Add the elderflower syrup, soda water and lime juice. Slap the mint leaves against the back of your hand before adding to the glass.
  • 3. Top up with nosecco and garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel to serve. Enjoy your Hugo Elderflower Spritz Mocktail!
