x 1 handfulParty Ice
x 45mlTequila
x 30mlApple Sourz
x 15mlTriple Sec
Juice of1/2 a Lime
Garnish:Apple, Sugar, Lime Zest, Lime Juice and a Lime Wedge
Method
1.Slice up your apple and use a cookie cutter to create shamrock shapes for your garnish. Add some lime juice to a bowl, then throw in your melon shamrocks and toss to coat.
2.Zest ½ a lime onto a plate and add some sugar before mixing them together. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass then dip into the mixture to coat.
3.Fill a shaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, Apple Sourz, triple sec and the juice of ½ a lime. Shake well to combine.
4.Strain the cocktail into your class and garnish with a shamrock apple slice. Enjoy your Shamrockaritas!
