Celebrate St Patrick's Day without the fuss with this Jameson Whiskey Tonic. A quick and easy serve with all the satisfaction, this one will have you feeling like you've struck gold.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 50ml Jameson Whiskey
  • x 15ml Rosemary Syrup
  • Top Up: Tonic Water
  • Garnish: A rosemary sprig, a lime wheel and a slice of cucumber

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Take a Collins glass and wrap the slice of cucumber around the inside of the glass so the end sticks out of the top.
  • 2. Fill the glass with Polar Cube ice, then add the whiskey and rosemary syrup.
  • 3. Top up with tonic water. To serve, garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy your Jameson Whiskey Tonic!
