It doesn't get more easter themed than this adorable Cottontail Martini! Made with creamy coconut and a splash of pineapple juice, this one is perfect for enjoying in the springtime sun.

x 1 handfulParty Ice
x 30mlWhipped Cream Vodka
x 30mlCoconut Rum
x 60mlSingle Cream
x 15mlMilk
x 15mlCoconut Cream
A splash ofPineapple Juice
Garnish:Honey, Desiccated coconut and a Marshmallow
Method
1.Add a teaspoon of honey to a small plate and add the Desiccated coconut to another plate. Dip the edge of the martini glass into the honey and then into the coconut to coat the rim.
2.Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the whipped cream vodka, coconut rum, single cream, milk, cream of coconut and pineapple juice. Shake well to combine.
3.Strain your cocktail into your prepared glass. To serve, garnish with a white marshmallow. Enjoy your Cottontail Martini!
