Cottontail Martini

Method

• 1. Add a teaspoon of honey to a small plate and add the Desiccated coconut to another plate. Dip the edge of the martini glass into the honey and then into the coconut to coat the rim.
• 2. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the whipped cream vodka, coconut rum, single cream, milk, cream of coconut and pineapple juice. Shake well to combine.
• 3. Strain your cocktail into your prepared glass. To serve, garnish with a white marshmallow. Enjoy your Cottontail Martini!
