Up your G&T game this easter with this delicious Blackberry Limoncello Gin Smash. Made with fresh blackberries and tangy Limoncello, this is one you'll have on repeat all summer.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 4 Blackberries
  • x 35ml Gin
  • x 25ml Limoncello
  • Top Up: Tonic Water
  • Garnish: A few blackberries

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add your blackberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
  • 2. Fill the shaker with party ice and add the gin and limoncello. Shake well to combine.
  • 3. Add 2 super cubes to a rocks glass and double strain the cocktail with a fine mesh strainer over the ice. Top up with tonic water and garnish with extra blackkberries to serve. Enjoy your Blackberry Limoncello Gin Smash!
