Easter is almost here and it’s looking like we might get to enjoy this one in the sun! Just when you think it can’t get any better, we’ve got 10 mouth-watering, ice-cold recipes for you to enjoy this bank holiday, from chocolate-inspired cocktails to indulgent freakshakes there’s something for everyone!
Cottontail Martini
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 30ml Whipped Cream Vodka
x 30ml Coconut Rum
x 60ml Single Cream
x 15ml Milk
x 15ml Coconut Cream
A splash of Pineapple Juice
Garnish: Honey, Desiccated coconut and a Marshmallow
Method
1. Add a teaspoon of honey to a small plate and add the Desiccated coconut to another plate. Dip the edge of the martini glass into the honey and then into the coconut to coat the rim.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the whipped cream vodka, coconut rum, single cream, milk, cream of coconut and pineapple juice. Shake well to combine.
3. Strain your cocktail into your prepared glass. To serve, garnish with a white marshmallow. Enjoy your Cottontail Martini!
Strawberry Spring Spritz
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 30ml Vodka
x 15ml Lemon Juice
x 90ml Pink Lemonade
x 2 Fresh Strawberries
Top up: Prosecco
Garnish: Strawberry Slices & Lemon Wheels
Method
1. In a collins glass, muddle your strawberries together, add your vodka and stir.
2. Fill your glass with polar cube ice and add a few sliced strawberries and lemon wheels to the glass. Add the lemon juice and pink lemonade, stirring gently to combine.
3. Top up with prosecco. To serve, garnish with a strawberry. Enjoy your Strawberry Spring Spritz!
Blackberry Limoncello Gin Smash
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2 Super Cubes
x 4 Blackberries
x 35ml Gin
x 25ml Limoncello
Top up: Tonic Water
Garnish: A few blackberries
Method
1. Add your blackberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
2. Fill the shaker with party ice and add the gin and limoncello. Shake well to combine.
3. Add 2 super cubes to a rocks glass and double strain the cocktail with a fine mesh strainer over the ice. Top up with tonic water and garnish with extra blackkberries to serve. Enjoy your Blackberry Limoncello Gin Smash!
Malteser Bunny Martini
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 40ml Vodka
x 15ml Chocolate Sauce
x 1 crushed Malteser Bunny
x 80ml Milk
Garnish: 3 Mini Malteser Chocolate Bunnies
Method
1. Crush two Malteser bunnies and add mix to a shaker of Party Ice with vodka, chocolate sauce and milk before shaking to combine.
2. Be sure to double strain the contents into a Martini glass to avoid Malteser bits entering the glass.
3. Garnish with three Malteser bunnies and enjoy!
White Rabbit Cocktail
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 40ml Gin
x 25ml Amaretto
x 50ml Milk
x 1/2tsp Lemon Curd
x 2 drops Vanilla Extract
x 1 handful Poalr Cube ice
Garnish: Edible Flowers
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the gin, amaretto, milk, lemon curd and vanilla extract. Shake well to combine.
2. Fill a tall glass with Polar Cube ice, then double strain your cocktail into the glass.
3. To serve garnish with edible flowers. Enjoy your white rabbit cocktail!
Carrot Margarita
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 45ml Carrot Juice
x 45ml Orange Juice
x 45ml Tequila
x 20ml Cointreau
x 2 Super Cubes
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Garnish: Salt, Sugar and a lime wedge for the rim and a Carrot ribbon
Method
1. Add a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of sugar to a saucer and mix together. Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of your glass and dip into the mixture to coat, then set aside.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, Cointreau, carrot juice, orange juice and lime juice. Shake well to combine.
3. Add 2 Super Cubes to your glass and strain the cocktail over the ice. Add a lime wheel and carrot ribbon for garnish, then enjoy your Carrot Margarita.
Creme Egg Cocktail
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1 handful Polar Cube
x 30ml Vanilla Vodka
x 15ml White Creme de Cacao
x 40ml Condensed Milk
x 125ml Milk
x 1 drop Yellow Food Colouring
Garnish: 50g Milk Chocolate, Creme Egg
Method
1. Melt most of the milk chocolate in a shallow bowl. Coat the rim of your coupe glass with the melted chocolate & chill in the fridge to set. (Keep glasses inverted to avoid excess dripping)
2. Combine food colouring, 15ml Vodka and 20ml Condensed Milk in a jug then pour into the base of the chilled glass. Fill the glass 3/4 of the way with Polar Cube ice.
3. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice then add the Milk and Creme de Cacao, along with the remaining Condensed Milk and Vanilla Vodka. Shake well then strain over the Polar Cube ice into the glass.
4. Finish by grating the remaining chocolate over the top and garnish with a split Creme Egg. Serve and Enjoy!
Mini Egg Milkshake
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1 handful Mini Eggs
x 150ml Milk
x 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Garnish: Chocolate sauce, chocolate icing, whipped cream and mini eggs
Method
1. Coat the rim of your glass with chocolate icing and roll in chopped mini eggs. Add to the fridge to set whilst you make the milkshake.
2. Add a handful mini eggs, milk, vanilla ice cream and Party Ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Drizzle the inside of your glass with chocolate sauce and add the milkshake. Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and leftover mini eggs. Enjoy your mini egg milkshake!
Creme Egg Freakshake
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1 cup Milk
x 2 Crème Eggs
Top up: Whipped cream & chocolate sauce
Garnish: Crème Egg
Method
1. Blend the milk, ice, and crème eggs until smooth.
2. Pour chocolate sauce on the inside of the glass and pour in the milkshake.
3. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Garnish with a Crème Egg and serve!
Hot Cross Bun Freakshake
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x25ml Salted caramel syrup
x1 cup Milk
Top up: Whipped cream & salted caramel sauce
Garnish: Hot cross bun & chocolate shavings
Method
1. Blend the milk, ice, and syrup until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and salted caramel sauce.
3. Garnish with a hot cross bun and serve!
