#SpiceUpYourSummer this weekend with our twist on a british classic, the Bramble Fizz. Made with gin and tart lemon juice, top up with soda and add creme de mure to create the perfect summer sip.

Ice Cubes Ice Cubes

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 45ml Gin
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • x 1tsp Ginger Syrup
  • x 15ml Creme de Mure
  • Top Up: Soda
  • Garnish: Fresh Blackberries & a Mint Sprig

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add gin, lemon juice, ginger syrup and crème de mure. Shake well to combine.
  • 2. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. Top up with soda water.
  • 3. To serve, garnish with blackberries and a mint sprig. Enjoy your Bramble Fizz!
