Nothing says summer like a Pina Colada! Super quick and easy to make, we'll be enjoying one or two this weekend whilst we get ready to welcome in Autumn.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 170ml Pineapple Juice
  • x 90ml Coconut Cream
  • x 45ml Light Rum
  • Garnish: Pineapple Slice & a Maraschino Cherry

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add the party ice, pineapple juice, coconut cream and light rum to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2. Pour the cocktail into the glass.
  • 3. To serve, garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple. Enjoy your pina colada!
