Elevate your dry January serves with this Wilfred's Negroni Mocktail that tastes so good, you'll almost believe it was the real thing. Made with Wilfred's Aperitif and Fresh Grapefruit Juice, this is one you'll want to keep sipping long after January is over.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 50ml Wilfred’s Aperitif
  • x 15ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • A little squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice
  • x 3 dashes Non-Alcoholic Bitters
  • Garnish: Orange Twist

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add 2 Super Cubes to your Glass.
  • 2. Add the Wilfreds Aperitif, Grapefruit Juice, a squeeze of lemon and 3 dashes of non-alcoholic bitters to the glass, stirring gently to combine.
  • 3. To serve, garnish with an Orange Twist.
