It's a green takeover for the luckiest day of the year, why not give this Shamrock Smash a go this St Patrick's Day? Made with sour apple liquer, it's the perfect serve to get the celebrations started.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 1 Sprig of Mint
  • x 2 Lime Wedges
  • x 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • x 1 Large Egg White
  • x 60ml Seltzer
  • x 50ml Sour Apple Liqueur
  • x 25ml Vodka
  • Garnish: Sprig of Mint

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Muddle the lime wedges and sugar syrup in your cocktail shaker, remove the leaves from a srig of mint and slap the mint to release the flavor, before adding to the shaker.
  • 2. Add the Party Ice, egg white, apple liqueur and vodka and shake well to combine.
  • 3. Strain into a coupe glass, top with the seltzer and garnish with a mint sprig to serve. Enjoy your Shamrock Smash!
