Keep it classy this St Paddy's Day with this mouth-watering Melon Lime Drop. Served over our Super Cubes, this one should come with a warning as one serving simply isn't enough!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 25ml Midori
  • x 45ml Vodka
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • x 25ml Sugar Syrup
  • Garnish: Mint Sprig, Dehydrated Lime, Sugar Syrup, Sugar and Lime Zest

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. On a saucer, add sugar and zest from a lime. Brush your glass with sugar syrup, and roll in the sugar and lime zest, then set aside.
  • 2. Add party ice to a cocktail shaker and add the midori, vodka, lime juice and sugar syrup. Shake well to combine.
  • 3. Add super cubes to your glass and strain the cocktail over the ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and a dehydrated lime to serve,
