The sun is shining ahead of our first bank holiday of the year and what better way to enjoy it that with an ice-cold cocktail inspired by one of our favourite desserts? If you're a tequila fan you'll love this floral Lemon Drizzle Margarita Recipe.

Ingredients

X 1 handful Party Ice
X 1 handful The Crushed One
X 50ml Tequila
X 20ml Triple Sec
x 45ml Lemon Juice
X 45ml elderflower cordial
Garnish: 1 lemon wedge, 1tbsp sugar & a dehydrated lemon slice

Method

1. Add the sugar to a small plate, rub the lemon wedge around the rim of the glass and then dip into the sugar to coat the rim and set aside.
2. Fill your cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, trple sec, lemon juice and elderflower cordial. Shake well to combine.
3. Fill your glass with The Crushed One and pour in yout cocktail. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon to serve. Enjoy your Lemon Drizzle Margarita!
