Harry Kane doesn't do anything by halves, and neither does this drink. The Striker is a bold, punchy beer cocktail that goes straight for the goal — golden lager meets fiery ginger beer, a shot of bourbon for warmth and depth, a squeeze of fresh lemon and a dash of honey syrup to round it all out.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x1 Handful Party Ice
  • x25ml Bourbon
  • x15ml Honey Syrup
  • x20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • x150ml Lager
  • Top Up Ginger Beer
  • Garnish Lemon Wheel, Fresh Thyme Sprig

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a tall glass generously with Party Ice.
  • 2. Add the bourbon, honey syrup and lemon juice and stir well to combine.
  • 3. Pour in the lager, then top up with ginger beer for that extra kick.
  • 4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh thyme for a touch of class. Raise a glass to the skipper and enjoy — you’ve earned it!
