Meet your new favourite serve of the summer, the Bar Buoy Aperol Seabird Paloma Spritz. Combining two of summers favourite cocktails, this one is easy to make and perfect for enjoying in the heatwave.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 40ml Aperol
  • x 1 can Bar Buoy Seabird Paloma
  • Top Up: Prosecco
  • Garnish: Red Grapefruit Wheel

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill your glass halfway with Polar Cube ice and add a red grapefruit wheel, before filling up the rest of the glass with ice.
  • 2. Add your aperol & 1 can of Bar Buoy Seabird Paloma.
  • 3. Top up with prosecco to serve. Enjoy your Barbuoy Aperol Seabird Paloma Spritz!
