The Championships are almost here and there's simply no better excuse to enjoy an ice cold drink. Enjoy this Wilfred's Serve at Sunset Mocktail as the sun goes down on Center Court at Wimbledon.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 50ml Wilfred's Non-Alcoholic Aperitif
  • x 15ml Agave Syrup
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • Top Up: Blood Orange Soda
  • Garnish: Sprig of Rosemary

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill your cocktail shaker with Party Ice. Add the Wilfred's, Agave syrup, lemon juice and lime juice and shake well to combine.
  • 2. Fill a wine glass with Polar Cube ice and strain the cocktail over the ice.
  • 3. Top up with Blood Orange Soda. To serve, garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy your Wilfred's Serve at Sunset Mocktail!
