Flirtini by The Ice Co
Ingredients…
- 1/2 handful of Party Ice
- 1 measure vodka
- 2 measures cranberry juice
- 1/2 measure lime juice
- 1 splash of sweet vermouth
- Garnish lime slice
To create a Flirtini, a cocktail guaranteed to please, simply…add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake for around 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve with a lime slice.
Effortless and full of flavour!
Red Berry Gin by The Ice Co
Ingredients…
- 1 handful of Premium Ice Cubes
- 1 & 1/2 measures Gin
- 1/2 measure raspberry liqueur
- 1/2 measure lime juice
- Top up of Lime Juice
- 1 handful of raspberries
To create this simple but refreshing gin cocktail, simply fill a tall glass with large ice cubes, pour in the gin, raspberry liqueur & lime juice. Stir well before topping up with tonic water. Complete with raspberries before serving to your one and only valentine!

Pink Aperol Spritz
A fashionably seductive cocktail
Ingredients…
- 1 handful of premium ice cubes
- 1 & 1/2 measures vodka
- 1 measure aperol
- 1/2 measure grapefruit juice
- 1/2 measure sugar syrup
- top up soda water
- Garnish Grapefruit slice
To create this fruity twist on the ever popular aperol spritz simply…build the ingredients in a wine glass starting with the ice, vodka, aperol & grapefruit juice. Add the sugar syrup and stir well. Top up with soda water and finish this delicious cocktail with a pink grapefruit slice garnish.

Apple & Elderflower Mocktail
Ingredients…
- 1 handful of crushed ice
- 1 measure elderflower cordial
- 2 measures apple juice
- top up of sparkling water
- garnish mint leaf
- garnish lemon slice
To create this blend of refreshing flavours simply…fill a glass with crushed ice, pour in the elderflower cordial and apple juice before topping with sparkling water. Stir well and finish with a garnish of mint and a lemon slice.
A guilt free mocktail packed full of flavour
Pink Pineapple Passion
Ingredients…
- 1 handful premium ice cubes
- 1 & 1/2 measures gin
- 4 measure pineapple juice
- 1 measure campari
- 1/2 measure lime juice
- 1/2 measure orgeat syrup
- Garnish Pineapple Chunk
- Garnish orange peel
To create this cocktail full of heavenly flavours simply…add ice cubes and all the other ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake for around 30 seconds before straining into a tall glass filled full of Premium Ice cubes. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and orange peel. Serve with a kiss!
