To dig deeper we took it upon ourselves to do a short Q&A….keep reading to find out more…
Where did your great name ‘Pinkster’ originate from?
A rather long lunch…..
Tell us in 3 words how you would describe yourselves…
Tasty, natural, quirky.
How long did it take to create your unique recipe?
Several years. The irony was that we didn’t actually set out to make a pink drink, it’s just that after we worked our way through an entire fruit bowl, we realised that raspberry delivered the best flavour.
What’s your best kept secret?!
Hmm, there’s a few of those. Our recipes for our Boozy Berries and Gin Jam, made with recycled inebriated raspberries, are pretty closely guarded.
Define the perfect Pinkster Gin recipe?
Our signature G&T serve is as good as it gets. A good measure of Pinkster with a decent tonic, plenty of large ice cubes, garnished with a fresh raspberry and a sprig of well-spanked mint. Yum!
Would you agree that Pinkster Gin is best served ice cold?
Of course!
Special thanks to Pinkster Gin for teaming up with us for our Valentines Special Drink of the Month.
When serving your favourite G&T ensure to choose Super Cubes as your ice of choice. 3 times the size of our Party Ice cubes, they melt much slower diluting your drink less, which means you can savour the full flavour. We promise you won’t find anything better! Available to buy from Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Waitrose and Ocado.
