x2 handfulsCrushed Ice
x1 wholeChocolate Bunny
x2 measuresDark Rum
x2 measuresCreme De Cacao
x1 measureCoconut Cream
x1 handfulMint leaves
x1/2 measureLime juice
GarnishMint & edible flowers
Method
1.Add the coconut cream, lime juice and mint to a cocktail shaker and muddle well.
2.Add the rum, Cream De Cacao and 1 handful of ice to the shaker and shake well.
3.Chop the ears off the bunny and strain the drink into the egg with a handful of crushed ice. Garnish and serve!
