We've teamed up with Silent Pool Gin to create a cocktail perfect for the season of love. This Valentines inspired fruity cocktail is perfect for sharing with friends on a night in, why not seen as though staying in is the new going out!

Pink sqiggle OVERVIEW
Ice Cubes Ice Cubes

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x1 handful Polar Cube ice or Super Cubes
  • x2 measures Silent Pool Gin
  • x1 measure Lime juice
  • x1/2 measure Rhubarb syrup
  • x1/2 measure Merlet Strawberry Liqueur
  • Top up Sparkling apple juice
  • Garnish Strawberries or rhubarb ribbon

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add large ice cubes to a highball glass and build up the remaining ingredients.
  • 2. Stir well before garnishing with strawberries or a rhubarb ribbon if in season.
  • 3. Serve & enjoy!
