Ingredients
x1 handfulCrushed Ice
x1 handfulStrawberries
x1 wholeChopped bananas
Top up:Milk of choice
OptionalSpinach
OptionalPeanut butter
OptionalVanilla Extract
Method
1.Add the ice and all the other ingredients to a blender.
2.Blend until smooth. If the consistency is to thick add more milk.
