As part of our 'Gins of the Month' for World Gin Day...Masons Yorkshire Tea Edition Gin is a beautiful gin, with a fresh aniseed taste along with cardamom & pepper notes before the tea returns for the long finish. As Masons would say 'don't knock it till you've tried it!'. Born and distilled right here in Yorkshire.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 3-4 Super Cubes
  • x 50ml Masons Yorkshire Tea Edition Gin
  • Top up: Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic
  • Garnish: Cardamom Pod, Orange Peel

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add Super Cubes to a large wine or balloon glass.
  • 2. Pour in the gin and top with aromatic tonic.
  • 3. Pop in a cardamom pod and orange and peel and serve.
