We're keeping it simple this summer and this classic cocktail can be made with just 4 ingredients, meet the Amaretto Sour served perfectly over Super Cubes.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 60ml Amaretto Liqueur
  • x 30ml Lemon Juice
  • x 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • x 1 Egg White
  • Garnish: Lemon Wheel & a Maraschino Cherry

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the amaretto, lemon juice, bitters and egg white & shake well.
  • 2. Strain back into the shaker and dry shake to create a frothy texture. Fill your glass with Super Cubes.
  • 3. Pour your cocktail over the ice. To serve, garnish with a Lemon Wheel & a Maraschino Cherry. Enjoy your amaretto sour!
