Spritz but make it autumnal with our Apple Cider Pomegranate Spritz. Made with bitter Campari and fizzy prosecco, this is one to save for any rainy weekend.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 handfuls Polar Cube ice
  • x 50ml Campari
  • x 30ml Pomegranate Juice
  • x 30ml Apple Cider
  • Top Up: Prosecco
  • Garnish: Pomegranate Seeds, Apple Slices and a Cinnamon Stick

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a large wine glass with Polar Cube Ice. Add the Campari, apple cider and pomegranate juice.
  • 2. Top up with prosecco and stir gently to combine ingredients.
  • 3. To serve, garnish with apple slices, pomegranate seeds and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy your Apple Cider Pomegranate Spritz!
