Who said Aperol was only for the summer? This delicious Apple Cider Spritz combines the familiar taste of Aperol with pumpkin spice to create a delightful autumnal tipple.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 90ml Apple Cider
  • x 30ml Aperol
  • x 15ml Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • Top Up: Prosecco
  • Garnish: Apple Slice & a Cinnamon Stick

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice. Add the Aperol, Apple Cider and Pumpkin Spice Syrup and stir to combine.
  • 2. Add more Polar Cube ice if necessary then top up with the Prosecco.
  • 3. To serve garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy your Apple Cider Spritz!
