x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1 handfulPolar Cube ice
x 30mlVodka
x 30mlDry Vermouth
x 50mlApple Juice
x 1 sliceApple
Top up:Ginger Ale
Garnish:50ml Vanilla Syrup, 2 Lotus Biscoff Biscuits (Crushed), Apple Slice
Method
1.Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the Vodka, Dry Vermouth, Apple Juice and an apple slice. Shake well to combine.
2.Grab two saucers, add the vanilla syrup to one and crush the biscoff biscuits on the other. Dip the rim of the glass into the syrup, then into the biscuit crumb to line the rim of the glass.
3.Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and strain in the cocktail. Top up with Ginger ale and garnish with an apple slice. Enjoy your Apple Crumble Cocktail!
