We're back with another dessert inspired cocktail to try this Christmas, why not serve up Apple Pie on the Rocks after dinner? Made with warming Fireball whiskey and finished with a sugared rim, you're guaranteed to be coming back for a 2nd serving.

Ingredients
x 1 handfulParty Ice
x 3Super Cubes
x 30mlVanilla Vodka
x 30mlFireball Whiskey
x 120mlApple Juice
x 1 pinchGround Cinnamon
Garnish:Sugar Syrup, Brown Sugar & a Cinnamon Stick
Method
1.Add sugar syrup and brown sugar to 2 separate saucers. Dip the rim of a rocks glass into the syrup, then into the sugar to coat. Set aside.
2.Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add vodka, Fireball, apple juice and cinnamon. Shake well to combine.
3.Add 2 Super Cubes to your glass and pour your cocktail over the ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick to serve, enjoy your apple pie on the rocks!
