Ingredients

x Handful of Party Ice
x 10ml Habanero Syrup
x 15ml White Rum
x 30ml Passoa
x 100ml Pineapple Juice
x 6 Mint Leaves
Garnish with: Mint Sprig & Chilli
Top with: Wray & Nephew flaming passionfruit

Method

1. Add Party Ice to a shaker before pouring over white rum, Passoa, habanero syrup, fresh lime, mint and pineapple juice, shake to combine.
2. Put more Party Ice into glass and fill with contents of the shaker and garnish with a mint sprig and 2 chillies.
3. Top with a flaming passionfruit by scooping the contents of the passionfruit out the shell and pouring in a shot of Wray & Nephew, with a lighter gently light the rum to produce a flame and enjoy!
