x1 handfulCrushed Ice
x1/4Avocado
x1Banana
x1 handful Spinach
x1 cupAlmond Milk
Method
1.Add the crushed ice and all other ingredients to a blender and blend for around 30 seconds.
2.Once smooth, pour into a glass and serve!
3.Avocado on Toast: Scoop out the flesh of the other half of the avocado to a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper and squeeze of lemon and mash with a fork. Spread onto seeded bread and serve!
