Who said balsamic vinegar was just for cooking? This Balsamic Peach Spritz isn't your typical prosecco cocktail, but don't knock it till you've tried it, this one might just be our new favourite.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 1tbsp Peach Jam
  • x 1tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
  • x 30ml Vodka
  • Top Up: Prosecco
  • Garnish: Basil Leaves & Peach Slices

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a shaker with Party Ice and add the jam, balsamic vinegar and vodka. Shake well.
  • 2. Fill a glass with Polar Cube ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.
  • 3. Top up with prosecco and garnish with fresh basil leaves and peach slices.
