Why drink vodka and Coke when you can have it with tequila instead! The Batanga is simple yet satisfying, combining tequila, lime and Coke with a salty rim to create a drink you'll wish you found sooner.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 40ml Tequila
  • x 15ml Lime Juice
  • Top Up: Cola
  • Garnish: Sugar Syrup, Lime Zest and Salt

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add salt and lime zest to a plate. Coat the rim of the glass with sugar syrup and dip into the salt mixture to garnish the glass.
  • 2. Fill the glass with Polar Cube ice and add the tequila and lime juice.
  • 3. Top up with cola to serve. Enjoy your Batanga cocktail!
