Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 30ml Peach Puree
  • x 15ml Peach Schnapps
  • x 10ml Lemon Juice
  • x 90ml Prosecco
  • Top Up: Soda
  • Garnish: Sprig of Mint, Peach Slice

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add 2 Super Cubes to a Rocks Glass.
  • 2. Add the prosecco, peach puree, peach schnapps and lemon juice to the glass and stir. Top up with soda water.
  • 3. To serve, garnish with a peach slice and a sprig of mint. Enjoy your Bellini Peach Spritz!
