While this Biscoff recipe looks fancy, it’s actually really easy to make! The ideal iced coffee recipe if you’re entertaining, it looks the part and tastes amazing too. Don’t forget to have a long spoon to hand to eat any ice cream left in the glass!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x1 handful Party Ice
  • x1/2 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • x1/2 cup Milk
  • x1 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • x1 dash Vanilla extract
  • x2 measures Hot coffee
  • x1 scoop Vanilla ice cream

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. In a blender combine condensed milk, milk, vanilla extract and Biscoff spread.
  • 2. Pour the hot coffee into a tall glass with Party Ice and add the Biscoff blended mixture over the top.
  • 3. Stir well and garnish with a scoop of ice cream, then it's ready to serve!
