It's prime blackberry picking time here in the UK and what better way to use them than in this deliciously refreshing Blackberry Lemon Fizz Mocktail. This ones also a perfect serve for the expectant mum at your next baby shower.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 handfuls Polar Cube ice
  • x 1 handful Blackberries
  • x 20ml Thyme Simple Syrup
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
  • Top Up: Lemon & Lime Sparkling Water
  • Garnish: Fresh Blackberries & A sprig of thyme

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add your blackberries, thyme simple syrup and lemon juice to your glass and muddle to combine the mixture.
  • 2. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice.
  • 3. Top up with lemon and lime sparkling water. To serve, garnish with a skewer of blackberries and fresh sprigs of thyme. Enjoy your Blackberry Lemon Fizz Mocktail!
