Only 6 days until Negroni Week is in full swing, if you're a fan of the cocktail classic but fancy trying something different why not try the Boulevardier, where bourbon replaces the gin.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 handfuls Party Ice
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 20ml Campari
  • x 20ml Sweet Vermouth
  • x 20ml Bourbon
  • Garnish: Orange Twist

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a mixing glass with Party Ice and add the Campari, Sweet vermouth and bourbon. Stir well.
  • 2. Add 2 Super Cubes to a rocks glass and strain your cocktail over the ice.
  • 3. To serve, garnish with an orange twist. Enjoy your Boulevardier cocktail!
