Looking for your new favourite spring cocktail? Meet the Bourbon Limoncello Breeze - a combination made in heaven with the rich, smokiness of the bourbon complimented perfectly by the refreshing citrusy taste of Limoncello.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 15ml Honey
  • x 1 lemon wheel
  • x 1 Sprig of rosemary
  • x 60ml Bourbon
  • x 30ml Limoncello
  • Garnish: Lemon wheel and rosemary sprig

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Grab a cocktail shaker and add the honey, fresh rosemary, and lemon wheel, then muddle them together.
  • 2. Fill the cocktail shaker with Party Ice then add the bourbon and limoncello. Shake well to combine.
  • 3. Add 2 Super Cubes to a rocks glass and strain the cocktail over the ice. To serve garnish with a lemon wheel and sprig of fresh rosemary. Enjoy your Bourbon Limoncello Breeze!
