Transport yourself to South America with the Caipirovska, inspired by the national cocktail of Brazil, the Caipirinha. Both sweet and sour this one will definitely get your tastebuds tingling!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 Lime
  • x 2tsp Granulated Sugar
  • x 50ml Vodka
  • x 2 handfuls Crushed Ice

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Cut the lime into small wedges and add to a short glass with the granulated sugar. Crush together with a muddler.
  • 2. Top up the tumbler with Crushed Ice, then add the vodka and stir well. Top with more Crushed Ice and garnish with a lime to serve.
