Aperol Spritz or Campari Spritz? Luckily with this delicious Camperol Spritz you don't have to choose! Combining the best of Italian aperitifs, this one might just be your new summer favourite.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 25ml Campari
  • x 25ml Aperol
  • x 100ml Prosecco
  • A squeeze of Lemon Juice
  • Top Up: Soda Water
  • Garnish: Orange Wheel

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Grab a wine glass and fill with Polar Cube ice.
  • 2. Add all ingredients to the glass. Then stir gently and breifly to combine without removing the bubbles!
  • 3. To serve, garnish with an orange wheel. Enjoy your camperol spritz!
