For when you can't choose between an iced latte and a milkshake, we've created this delicious Caramel Latte Freakshake in collaboration with our friends at Arctic Iced Coffee for you to enjoy over Polar Cube ice this summer.

Ingredients

x 150ml Arctic Coffee Caramel Latte
x 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
x 1tbsp Caramel Syrup
x 1 handful Polar Cube Ice
Garnish: Caramel Sauce, whipped cream and crumbled coffee cake

Method

1. Add the Arctic Coffee Caramel Latte, Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramel Syrup and blend until combined.
2. Coat the inside of a glass with the caramel sauce then fill with Polar Cube ice. Pour the milkshake into the glass.
3. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce then crumble some coffee cake over the top to serve. Enjoy your Caramel Latte Freakshake!
