Ingredients
x1 handfulParty Ice
x1 Carrot (skin removed)
x1Apple (skin and core removed)
x1 cupWater
x1 Orange (juiced)
Method
1.Cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice of both halves into a glass and pour into a blender.
2.Remove the skin from the carrot and apple and place bite size pieces into the blender along with the ice and water.
3.Blend until smooth. Once ready pour into a glass and serve!
