A classic mojito cocktail recipe. The very best mojitos are made with copious amounts of crushed ice, plenty of mint and a good quality white rum. A classic cocktail found in most bars all over the world!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x1 handful Crushed Ice
  • x2 measures White Rum
  • x12 Mint Leaves
  • x5 Lime Wedges
  • x2 tsp Sugar
  • x3 measures Soda Water

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add lime wedges, mint and sugar into a highball glass and muddle together with a muddler or rolling pin.
  • 2. Top with crushed ice and pour in the white rum and soda water, stir well...
  • 3. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve!
