The festivities are in full swing but we still can't help but dream of summer, which is why we created a cocktail that's the best of both worlds... Introducing the Cranberry Aperol Spritz. If you want to feel like you're living la dolce vita whilst you're rocking around the Christmas tree this year, it's a must try.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube
  • x 60ml Aperol
  • x 60ml Cranberry Juice
  • Juice of 1/4 an orange
  • Top Up: Prosecco
  • Garnish: Orange Slice, Sprig of Rosemary & Cranberries

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a wine glass with Polar Cube ice.
  • 2. Add the Aperol and Cranberry Juice then top up with Prosecco.
  • 3. Garnish with an Orange Slice, Sprig of Rosemary and Cranberries to serve. Enjoy your Cranberry Aperol Spritz.
