We just made the perfect Valentine's Day cocktail, this Creamy Strawberry & Limoncello Margarita recipe serves two and makes for the perfect date night dessert.

Method

1. Mix 2tbsp sugar and a handful of dehydrated raspberries on a plate. Brush a drizzle of agave syrup on the side of your glasses, then dip into he sugar mix to coat. Set aside.
2. Add your raspberries, lemon juice and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add in your Party Ice, Tequila, Cointreau and Limoncello cream and shake well to combine.
3. Add 2 Super Cubes to each glass and strain the cocktail over the ice. To serve, garnish with a raspberry and a lemon slice. Enjoy your Creamy Strawberry & Limoncello Margaritas!
