Dalgona Coffee with or without Baileys – A new coffee craze using ice and we thought we might add Baileys because, well why not? It's been described as the creamiest iced coffee and tastes just like a coffee milkshake.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x1 handful Party Ice
  • x2 tbsp Coffee granules
  • x2 tbsp Sugar
  • x2 tbsp Hot water
  • x2 tbsp Baileys (optional)
  • Top up Milk

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add the coffee, sugar and water to a bowl and mix with an electric whisk until fluffy. The mixture should go from dark to light.
  • 2. Fill a glass with Party Ice and add spoon the coffee mixture over the ice.
  • 3. Top with milk and add Baileys if you'd prefer. Stir well before serving.
