Dalgona Martini

Method

• 1. 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the baileys and vodka. Shake well to combine.
• 2. 2. In a bowl add the sugar water and coffee. Whisk vigorously until the mix turns smooth and shiny, then continue to whisk until it thickens and holds its foamy shape.
• 3. 3. Strain the cocktail mixture into a martini glass then dollop and swirl the coffee mixture on top. Enjoy your Dalgona Martini!
