Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 bag Polar Cube Ice
  • x 475ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • x 235ml Soda Water
  • x 1 bottle Prosecco
  • x 10 Lime Slices
  • x 1 handful Mint Leaves
  • Garnish: Mint Sprig and a Lime Wheel

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a jug 1/3 full with Polar Cube ice and add the St Germain and soda water.
  • 2. Add the prosecco with the lime slices and mint leaves, stirring to combine.
  • 3. Fill each glass with Polar Cube ice and add the Hugo Spritz. Garnish with a lime wheel and sprig of mint to serve. Enjoy your Elderflower Hugo Spritz Sharer!
