Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 4 Cloves
  • x 2 Star Anise
  • x 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • x 4 Crushed Cardamom Pods
  • x 2 Bay Leaves
  • x 2 Strips of Orange Peel
  • x 500ml Gin

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Grab a clean mason jar and add all ingredients.
  • 2. Leave for 24-36 hours to infuse.
  • 3. Double strain your gin into a sealable bottle and enjoy your Festive Spiced Gin throughout December!
